Verify an Indoor Environment Verified Property

If you have seen the Indoor Environment Verified™ mark on a rental listing, on a certificate, or on a card in the property itself, this page is where you check that it is real and current. Search by the listing name from your booking, the property address, the city, or the verification ID printed on the certificate. Every property carrying the mark appears here with the date it was verified and the date that verification runs through. A property shown as current was visited by a certified IEV operator who measured its indoor conditions — carbon dioxide (CO2), airborne particulates (PM2.5), temperature, and relative humidity — to a fixed protocol, and those readings met the IEV standard when scored independently by IEV rather than by the person who took them. Verification lasts one year and is renewed on site. If a property does not appear here, it is not currently verified and should not be displaying the mark. IEV is not a mold test and not a home inspection.
