Your readings are scored centrally by IEV — never by the person who performed the visit — and a property that meets the standard receives the Indoor Environment Verified™ mark, listing-ready badge assets, a printable certificate, a guest-facing verification page, and an active listing in the IEV directory. Verification is $150 for the annual on-site visit plus $29 per property per month, or $498 per year, and it is renewed on site every year so the mark always reflects a current result. IEV is not a mold test and not a home inspection — it is a standardized, repeatable check that tells a guest your space has been evaluated by someone other than you.
