Indoor Environment Verified™ certifies established property-services businesses to perform indoor environment verifications in their own market. Short-term rental cleaning companies, HVAC and filter-service companies, property maintenance and handyman businesses, and home inspectors all qualify — a trade or professional license is not required, and this is not a franchise. Your certified technician measures four comfort-level conditions in a property once a year — carbon dioxide (CO2), airborne particulates (PM2.5), temperature, and relative humidity — on standardized instruments to a fixed protocol, then submits the readings. IEV scores them centrally; the operator never sees the thresholds and never determines the result, which is precisely what makes the mark worth something to a guest. The annual site visit is your revenue: you invoice the client directly and set your own price for it. IEV also pays your company a recurring monthly amount for every property whose most recent annual visit you performed. There is a one-time certification fee for each technician you certify, which covers the equipment kit, training, and certification — figures are shared in your first conversation rather than published here.
